The countdown is on!

In just over a month, we will be settling in for A Seacoast Yoga and Culinary Retreat on Prince Edward Island. We can’t wait to be driving the red sand roads of PEI, taking deep gulps of the sea salted ocean air and stopping for roadside lobster rolls, once again. We also can’t wait to be back at the Inn at Spry Point – the ideal place to recoup, restore and indulge in yoga practice and meditation. This is going to be an amazing way to wrap up the summer before September begins.
